Located in the beautiful leafy area of Boat Harbour, the backyard of this property provides grass for the kids to run around and endless Gum Trees which are home to the resident family of Kookaburras and Koalas.
Offering 5 bedrooms (sleeping a maximum of 10 people), 3 bathrooms and multiple living areas the adults and kids can have their own separate sleeping and relaxation zones. BBQ, multiple air conditioning units, unlimited Wi-Fi, Coffee Machine, Fire Place, Linen and Bath Towels provided and beds made prior to arrival. Everything has been thought of to ensure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
There is off street parking for at least 4 cars at this property, however please note that there is no undercover or garage parking.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This property will not accept school leaver, party or group bookings of any sort and has a strict no party policy. This property sleeps 10 people with the intention of housing 1 or 2 families. All guests will be contacted after booking to discuss the intention of their stay. Any noise complaints from neighbours during your stay will result in eviction from the premises and no refund of monies paid.
