We have just spend a couple of days in this lovely home. Everything you could ever need is here! So comfortable, close to the beach and a short trip to other beaches. Recommend going to the little cafe at Boat Harbour Beach, Rick Stein at Bannisters also great fora late lunch. Will book again!!!

We have just spent the most wonderful & relaxing long weekend here at this home away from home. Thank you for your thoughtfulness in providing everything we needed and more. All the small touches were really appreciated. We shall certainly recommend this house to our friends.

The holiday home is fantastic, we could not fault it! It suits families with kids, couple or couples; extended families and even retirees would suit. Groups of friends would also love it. The place is spacious, extremely clean and the owner has kept everything in mind to just relax…. and relax we did. Don’t get me started on the views – ahhmazing – the photos do not do it justice……Do yourself a favour and book this place now!

My Shell Boat Harbour is in perfect location to everything Port Stephens!
It is a large family home with all the modern comforts including ducted air-conditioning, dishwasher and netflix.
The house is spacious, we are a family of 5 and we were extremely comfortable.
It’s an easy walk to Boat Harbour Beach which has bbq facilities, toilets, playground and a beautiful beach for swimming, fishing, snorkelling ect.

This beautiful house had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances which made cooking a breeze. We really enjoyed relaxing on the balconies and watching the sunset – the photos don’t do it justice! Our group of 8 enjoyed the house with plenty of room and spaces to relax in. The beds were super comfortable – all with amazing views of the water below. With plenty of restaurants and waterside walks nearby, the location of the house was perfect for us.

Magnificent property with stunning views. Well suited for a large group of friends or extended family with plenty of space for small group gatherings or for all together, either at the front balcony, the back courtyard, the lower floor sitting area or the enormous open space on the top floor with facilities for cooking, dinning or watching TV. All members of the three generations of our extended family had an unforgettable holiday at this lovely place.
