The kitchen overlooks the main living area and back entertainment area as well as has sliding door access to the carpeted formal lounge room area.

The private, paved undercover entertainment area has an outdoor 6 person dining setting, with new (Dec 2022) Beefeater stainless steel gas BBQ. The internal laundry, positioned off the main living area comes with a top loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities plus back door access to the rear clothes line. Also the laundry cupboard is full of beach games and a picnic basket and rug!
