Next to the rumpus room you’ll find another queen bedroom leading onto the balcony where you’ll be captivated by the incredible water views and bird life in the trees that surround you.

One of the best parts of this home is the private stair access to take you down to Randall Dr and to the Wanda waterfront. Gorgeous walks around the Bay, dolphin spotting, parks and sandy bays for paddling are all within walking distance. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Rick Stein Restaurant at Bannisters Resort, with multiple dining options, is just under two kilometres away and opposite Bannisters is Soldiers Point Bowling Club which offers affordable meals.
