Harry’s House is a charming beach cottage in a fantastic and very convenient part of Nelson Bay. From this friendly and quiet street, you have your pick of beautiful beaches with the sparkling waters of Shoal Bay Beach just 400m one way and Little Beach only 950m in the other direction. There are plenty of dining options within a 1km walk too, including a choice of fine dining or the bar and tapas over the water at Little Beach Boathouse, Wests Nelson Bay and many more, and the restaurants, pubs and cafes along Shoal Bay Foreshore are only slightly further away. Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are less than 2km away, and offer plenty of fun options including a Sunday market, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, entertainment and a range of fantastic land and water based activities.

Harry’s House has everything you and your pet will need for a relaxing holiday in Port Stephens. The open plan living is thoughtfully styled to create a real beachside vibe, with driftwood coloured flooring and white washed furniture. If the sea breeze and twin ceiling fans in the main living area is not enough to beat the summer heat; Harry’s House also boasts reverse cycle air-conditioning. The kitchen comes well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom features a tri-bunk bed (single on top, double on bottom), flat screen TV and a second DVD player. The main bathroom cleverly incorporates the laundry and offers a glassed shower, toilet, washing machine and a dryer. (Please note that there is a small step from the lounge area down into the bathroom).

The grassed front yard with its white picket fence is a terrific and safe place for the kids to play in the cubby while you relax on the porch. Bask in the northern sunlight as you sit back and listen to the waves lapping at Shoal Bay. The covered rear deck offers an amazing alfresco entertaining space to host family and friends, with a 4-burner hooded BBQ, outdoor dining setting and retractable shade blinds. There is even a handy second toilet located off the deck and a hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

Ample off-street parking is available for 3-4 cars, or even for your boat or jet ski.

Waves on Whitesands is a fully renovated, absolutely gorgeous beach inspired holiday home in Fingal Bay.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, coffee machine, ducted air conditioning, Smart TV’s, Wi-Fi, off street parking, undercover entertaining area with two other relaxing outside entertaining zones and a fire pit… the list goes on and on!

The second living area / study area contains a double sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. Linen will be made available in the sofa bed storage, however this is the only bed that will not be made up prior to arrival. Guests also have access to the double garage.

Only a 6 minute walk to Fingal Bay Beach, Longboat Cafe and Saltwater Restaurant in the Fingal Beach Surf Club. When you get back after enjoying the beach, there is an outdoor shower to refresh yourself and wash off the salt and sand.

Every little detail has been thoughtfully added to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

A pet friendly, air conditioned retreat in Fingal Bay. “Chill out at Fingal” says it all! Only a 10 minute walk to Fingal Bay Beach.

The property is open plan with lounge / dining area with large LED TV with enough seating for the whole family and an eight seater dining table plus breakfast bar. Unlimited wifi is included in your stay.

The new kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop and large island bench. There is also a coffee pod machine (Aldi). You will find a choice to dine outside at the dining table and enjoy the BBQ. The outdoor area is also sheltered by a covered pergola and has a small grassed courtyard and clothesline.

The main bedroom features a beautiful new ensuite, king size bed, built-in mirrored wardrobe and a wall mounted LED TV. The second bedroom has one tri-bunk with a built-in robe and the third bedroom has one set of bunk beds and a single bed plus a TV.

Internal laundry that includes a washing machine, clothes dryer and an extra toilet. There is also an outside shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

The garage has been converted to a chill out zone, truly a kids retreat! There is an extra lounge setting, football table, games, dart board and a 32 inch TV monitor for playing games and blu-ray DVD’s only (no TV reception).

There is space in the driveway for one or two cars and a secure level boat parking at the side of the house in the fully fenced yard.

Fingal Bay has a surf patrolled beach throughout the warmer months, take away shops and a Friendly grocer. The Fingal Bay Bowling Club is close by which has a childrens playground. Throughout May-September, Barry Park in Fingal is the place to spot the Humpback Whales migrating the coastline.

This house is pet friendly for small pets. Guests who wish to bring pets with them are to notify The Bay Holidays (Raine&Horne Nelson Bay) of their intention and must abide by the following rules: guests are to bring their own pet bed and pets are not allowed in bedrooms / carpeted areas. It is the responsibility of the the guest to clean up after their pet, noting a surcharge will be charged if extra cleaning or smell removal is required.

Bedroom one upstairs has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in robe and beautiful new ensuite with walk in shower and free standing bath. There is also a separate toilet.

Bedroom two has a queen bed, built-in robe and access to a private rear courtyard. (air conditioned).

Bedrooms three and four have two single beds each (air conditioned).

The main bathroom is located downstairs as is the internal laundry with washer and dryer, for those who prefer to dry their washing outside there is a washing line to be found in the fenced courtyard at the rear of the property.

Gas BBQ and new outdoor table are found on the large balcony for great family meals with the best view in town! Just sit back and enjoy spectacular water views from the large balcony overlooking the beach.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
