The panoramic water views from this fully renovated luxury home are absolutely breathtaking! Swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-fi and set high on the hill. This is the sort of holiday escape that people dream of.

Randall Drive No.64 is a five bedroom, four bathroom house that accommodates 10 people in comfort and style. From the front, it is an unassuming hidden gem, but once you open the huge front door, the home and view will leave you breathless!

Built down the side of a hill, on the entry level you will find the enormous open plan kitchen, lounge, dining and entertaining balcony to capture those views. Bedroom 1 is also on entry level with a king size bed, walk-in robe and luxurious ensuite. Downstairs is bedroom 2 with a Queen size bed and ensuite, bedroom 3 with a double bed and bedroom 4 and 5 each have two single beds. In the middle of these 4 downstairs bedrooms you will find a second lounge area and access to the state of the art pool which uses the new naked freshwater water purification and cleaning system that is all-natural and chlorine free and it is heated to a consistent 24 degrees.

You can cook for the family in the new fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a coffee with the Nespresso Vertuo pod machine or use the Webber for an outdoor BBQ. There are multiple split system air conditioners to keep you comfortable year round and an auto garage big enough to house two medium sized cars.

64 Randall Drive is accessed via the driveway on Scott Circuit and is set high up on Wanda Headland. A 900m walk takes you down to either Salamander Beach or Wanda Beach and both are picturesque spots with sandy beaches and calm waters for swimming. You can walk around the Wanda Headland that separates the two beaches. Rick Stein Restaurant at Bannisters Resort is just under two kilometres away with multiple dining options and opposite Bannisters is Soldiers Point Bowling Club which offers affordable meals. An 8 minute walk (or 2 min drive) down the hill you will find Wanda Shops with a pharmacy, Thai and Chinese restaurants, Friendly Grocer and bottle shop.

A pet friendly, renovated retreat complete with a spectacular heated private plunge pool in beautiful Fingal Bay.

A pet friendly, air conditioned retreat in Fingal Bay. “Chill out at Fingal” says it all! This property is only a 10 minute walk to Fingal Bay Beach. And after an enjoyable day at one of Australia’s most beautiful beaches you can come home and relax in the delightful plunge pool recently installed. On a fine evening you may choose to dine in the alfresco area and cook up a feast on the BBQ or sip on a cool drink while watching the kids enjoying their time in the pool.

The property is open plan with lounge / dining area with large LED TV with enough seating for the whole family and an ample dining table plus breakfast bar. Unlimited wifi is included in your stay.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop and large island bench. There is also a coffee pod machine (Aldi). . To enhance the holiday feel, the property has plantation shutters throughout.

The main bedroom features a beautiful new ensuite, king size bed, built-in mirrored wardrobe and a wall mounted LED TV. The second bedroom has one tri-bunk with a built-in robe and the third bedroom has one set of bunk beds and a single bed plus a TV. There is also a new second bathroom with a spacious shower & toilet.

Internal laundry that includes a washing machine, clothes dryer and an extra toilet. There is also an outside shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

The garage has been converted to a chill out zone, truly a kids retreat! There is an extra lounge setting, football table, games, dart board and a 32 inch TV monitor for playing games and blu-ray DVD’s only (no TV reception). You can be sure if they are not splashing about in the pool, you’ll be sure to kind the kids in this part of the house!

There is space in the driveway for one car, extra cars or a boat can park on the grass in the front yard.

Fingal Bay has a surf patrolled beach throughout the warmer months, take away shops and a Friendly grocer. The Fingal Bay Bowling Club is close by which has a childrens playground. Throughout May-September, Barry Park in Fingal is the place to spot the Humpback Whales migrating the coastline.

This house is pet friendly for small pets. Guests who wish to bring pets with them are to notify The Bay Holidays (Raine&Horne Nelson Bay) of their intention and must abide by the following rules: guests are to bring their own pet bed and pets are not allowed in bedrooms / carpeted areas. It is the responsibility of the the guest to clean up after their pet, noting a surcharge will be charged if extra cleaning or smell removal is required.
