]]>At entry level, you’ll find a lounge room with plenty of seating to relax with friends and soak up the sparkling water views. The new kitchen is a chef’s delight with modern appliances, nescafe coffee machine, large island bench, dishwasher, plenty of cupboards and of course a butler’s pantry. Start with drinks on the balcony, a few bites to eat from the BBQ and take in the colours of the sunset over the water. Then move inside to the spacious dining room with seating for 8.
Down just a few steps, you will find the master suite with a luxurious king size bed, expansive water views, walk in robe and ensuite. Also on this level is a guest toilet for your convenience.
Downstairs, the lower level is separated into two wings. On one side you have two bedrooms – one has a queen bed, the other consists of two singles. On this level there is a new bathroom with shower and a luxurious free standing bath to relax and soak in. There is also a separate toilet. Each of these bedrooms are filled with light and water views and the seabreezes make the rooms a delight to retire to after a day in the sun.
In the other wing, you are greeted with a large rumpus room to relax and unwind. A large flat screen TV adorns the wall so you can enjoy your favourite shows. If its competition you’re after, then why not challenge a mate to a game of foosball? Next to the rumpus room you’ll find another queen bedroom leading onto the balcony where you’ll be captivated by the incredible water views and bird life in the trees that surround you.
One of the best parts of this home is the private stair access to take you down to Randall Dr and to the Wanda waterfront. Gorgeous walks around the Bay, dolphin spotting, parks and sandy bays for paddling are all within walking distance. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Rick Stein Restaurant at Bannisters Resort, with multiple dining options, is just under two kilometres away and opposite Bannisters is Soldiers Point Bowling Club which offers affordable meals. A 10 minute walk (or 2 min drive) down the hill you will find Wanda Shops with a great cafe, fish and chip shop, pharmacy, Thai and Chinese restaurants, Friendly Grocer and bottle shop.
This property has lock up garage parking for 2 cars and off street parking for 1 car.

]]>A large elevated balcony with BBQ provides stunning views of the beach, sand dunes and breathtaking sunsets. It is the ideal couples retreat or big enough for a family sleeping six.
Three large bedrooms with built-in robes (2 on the ground floor and the master upstairs), vented windows for the sea breeze and central air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. All bedrooms each have a Smart TV and there are SmartTVs in both of the lounge rooms. Three toilets with two large bathrooms, laundry and a Caesarstone fully equipped kitchen. Once you have had a day at the beach there is an outdoor shower near the front entrance to wash off the sand.
Within 30 metres the family can experience a seasonally patrolled surf beach and an unbelievable 38 kilometres of continuous beach including the famous Stockton Sand Dunes. If you are looking for adventure there is guided camel rides, 4WD tours and quad biking or just take your body board and “surf” the Dunes. During the months of June to August you can sit on the balcony and watch the whales on their annual migration north.

]]>Harry’s House has everything you and your pet will need for a relaxing holiday in Port Stephens. The open plan living is thoughtfully styled to create a real beachside vibe, with driftwood coloured flooring and white washed furniture. If the sea breeze and twin ceiling fans in the main living area is not enough to beat the summer heat; Harry’s House also boasts reverse cycle air-conditioning. The kitchen comes well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom features a tri-bunk bed (single on top, double on bottom), flat screen TV and a second DVD player. The main bathroom cleverly incorporates the laundry and offers a glassed shower, toilet, washing machine and a dryer. (Please note that there is a small step from the lounge area down into the bathroom).
The grassed front yard with its white picket fence is a terrific and safe place for the kids to play in the cubby while you relax on the porch. Bask in the northern sunlight as you sit back and listen to the waves lapping at Shoal Bay. The covered rear deck offers an amazing alfresco entertaining space to host family and friends, with a 4-burner hooded BBQ, outdoor dining setting and retractable shade blinds. There is even a handy second toilet located off the deck and a hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.
Ample off-street parking is available for 3-4 cars, or even for your boat or jet ski.

Walk a few minutes more and you’ll reach the Longboat cafe and Saltwater restaurant. Six minutes drive and you will be in Shoal Bay with many restaurants and cafes to enjoy and only a few minutes more into Nelson Bay town centre. The coastal walking trail that links Barry Park lookout to Boulder Bay is on your doorstep.
At Coast Fingal Bay, your beds will be made prior to arrival with your included linen. Bath towels are also provided.
