Three large bedrooms with built-in robes (2 on the ground floor and the master upstairs), vented windows for the sea breeze and central air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. All bedrooms each have a Smart TV and there are SmartTVs in both of the lounge rooms. Three toilets with two large bathrooms, laundry and a Caesarstone fully equipped kitchen. Once you have had a day at the beach there is an outdoor shower near the front entrance to wash off the sand.

Within 30 metres the family can experience a seasonally patrolled surf beach and an unbelievable 38 kilometres of continuous beach including the famous Stockton Sand Dunes. If you are looking for adventure there is guided camel rides, 4WD tours and quad biking or just take your body board and “surf” the Dunes. During the months of June to August you can sit on the balcony and watch the whales on their annual migration north.

The village of Anna Bay is a 3-minute drive away with shops, restaurants, an IGA supermarket, 2 bakeries, newsagency, post office, chemist, doctors surgery, butcher, tavern with a bistro, bottle shop and service station. There is also a takeaway fish and chip shop, a pizza restaurant and a lovely Thai restaurant.
