Amazing three bedroom holiday townhouse located on the peak of Boat Harbour giving you wide views over One Mile and the bushland with WiFi and air conditioning.

A modern townhouse minutes from the beach with breath-taking views over the endless bushland and rolling mountains of Boat Harbour. Relaxing on this balcony with views as magnificent as this is the true recipe for relaxation.

Once you open the bi-fold doors, the whole room lights up with the sun beaming in. There is Free WiFi throughout the house, a large flat screen TV and a comfortable leather lounge comined with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Pod Machine. Enjoy the gas BBQ and outdoor setting on the balcony to unwind in the afternoon. There is air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom.

The main bedroom can be found on the entrance / lounge room level with the ensuite. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs with a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have queen size beds.

There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a single lock up garage plus an additional car space.

You can utilise the fantastic communal infinity pool, spa and BBQ area that the One Mile Ridge complex offers. Boat Harbour is popular for Kingsley and Boat Harbour Beach and only minutes away to One Mile Beach and Birubi Beach which are both patrolled during the summer months. Nelson Bay CBD is a 10 min drive away.

Please Note: There is no parking in the complex for boats or jet skis and the complex actively enforces a no parties of any kind policy. Noise to be brought indoors after 10.30pm and NO Charcoal BBQS are permitted due to fire regulations. Swimming Pool is closed during Winter Months and is not accessible. May – October.

Upstairs boasts a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living area with separate children’s games room.

Bedroom one upstairs has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in robe and beautiful new ensuite with walk in shower and free standing bath. There is also a separate toilet.

Bedroom two has a queen bed, built-in robe and access to a private rear courtyard. (air conditioned).

Bedrooms three and four have two single beds each (air conditioned).

The main bathroom is located downstairs as is the internal laundry with washer and dryer, for those who prefer to dry their washing outside there is a washing line to be found in the fenced courtyard at the rear of the property.

Gas BBQ and new outdoor table are found on the large balcony for great family meals with the best view in town! Just sit back and enjoy spectacular water views from the large balcony overlooking the beach.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

NOTE: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.
This property will only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.

The Bay Holiday Properties reserves the right to add a Security Deposit to any booking at our discretion and at any time prior to check-in. You will be notified in writing of this Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.
