Catalina 12 has received a facelift and is a gorgeous holiday house located in Nelson Bays' most sought after holiday destination. Walk to Little Beach, Shoal Bay Beach or Nelson Bay Lighthouse and enjoy breakfast at the Inner Light Tea Rooms.

Downstairs is perfect as a teenagers retreat with a combined laundry / bathroom and a large bedroom with double bed, lounge area and TV. Split system air conditioning in the bedroom for guest comfort.

Wander upstairs for the other 2 bedrooms with queen size beds (linen provided) and an open plan lounge / dining area leading onto front and back decks to enjoy the ocean breeze. Ceiling fans throughout will ensure you are cool all summer long. For those extra hot days, the upstairs level has ducted ar conditioning with 3 zones.

This house is pet friendly for a small pet and it has a fenced rear yard with plenty of grass. It also provides free Wi-Fi.

NOTE: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.

The Bay Holiday Properties reserves the right to add a Security Deposit to any booking at our discretion and at any time prior to check-in. You will be notified in writing of this Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.

From booking to departure, the process was a walk in the park. The home was exactly as advertised and we had a great little holiday with our little dog. Great location and everything so close, and very safe area. We will definitely be back and recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Bay Holidays as a family of 3 + our dog. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a great beach holiday. We were so happy to have a secure, fully fenced in yard for our furry friend. Close to two great beaches and easy access to the great restaurants & cafes of Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We loved our stay! Great spot near the beach and the bay. Good kitchen facilities and liked having the 2 bathrooms. Easy check in. Very happy with our little holiday and the doggo was thankful she got to join.

Had such an amazing stay. Cosy, safe property with a beautiful back yard. Would highly recommend this property. Just a few minutes from the beach. Only Constructive criticism I have to say is it would be lovely if the property had Wi-Fi, other than that just brilliant
