Paradise on the water
Laurie S - 28th January 2024What can I say, we had the most amazing stay. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It had everything and more. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry with cleaning products. Beach Towels and beach chairs provided. It was the perfect location, 10 min walk to the marina, 15 mins to shops. We'll definitely be back next year for a longer stay.

Michele P - 29th August 2023This unit has a great layout allowing every room access to the lovely verandah where you can catch the sun throughout the whole day and enjoy the wonderful views. The kitchen is well set up and the beds were comfy. Walking distance to Nelson Bay shops, cafes and Marina and just across the road to the water. The staff were very helpful and obliging. So glad that we booked through The Bay Holiday Properties

Edward C - 13th April 2023This is a prestige high end rental if there is ever one. It exceeds our expectation as we walk through the property. Well stocked of every item imaginable as we open every cupboards to explore! No need to bring rice cooker, baby cot, batteries, etc etc as everything you need are all there. Check in was easy with SMS instruction to keys at the garage gate. Building is super well maintained. It is also very private as there are only 3 other units on the lot. Very comfortable stay.

steven S - 30th August 2022Double garage was great as well. Lift access was great for my mother. We didn’t order the rain though! Lighthouse café….exceptional view….make sure you visit the lighthouse shop for souvenirs. Make sure you visit the art & craft gallery…. Excellent stuff for sale. As for eating out, we tried several eateries on the Mariner (Nelson Bay), Wests Club, Shoal Bay Fishos. All basically pub food. The fishos will satisfy if you like seafood plates or calamari… huge meal. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was above expectations. - Communication before we arrived was fantastic - Access to the property was very easy and smooth - Place was very equipped with everything we needed. No small detail was spared including all cleaning supplies! - 10/10 location, 5 minute walk from the Marina, and directly across the road from the beach. - Luxury property with water views from every room! We loved it so much we stayed a few extra days!
