This renovated downstairs half house is in the perfect location for a beach holiday. Only 4 minutes walk to Little Beach and less than 20 minutes walk to Nelson Bay Marina and CBD. You will initially be greeted by a private, covered courtyard with outdoor lounges, leading into the open plan lounge / dining and beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. Walk through the master bedroom with king size bed to access the 2nd bedroom with Queen Size Bed and also a Double Bed.
This property features free Wi-fi and air conditioning to ensure you are comfortable and entertained during your stay.
For larger groups, you also have the option of booking the upstairs "Karinya at Little Beach" which sleeps an additional 7 people.

Great Stay
Vicky B - 12th February 2023This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Comparing it to last year, our stay was perfect. The property was ridiculously clean, we cannot fault it in any way. I would think they fumigated the property between our stays, there were no creepy crawlies at all this time. We had a wonderful stay, so much so, that we have rebooked again for next year. Thank you.
