With spectacular views from every room, your beachfront holiday doesn't get any better than this! Within a minute of walking out the front door, your toes will be in the sand and a leisurely 10 min stroll down the beach will see you enjoying your morning coffee at Crest Café.
A large elevated balcony with BBQ provides stunning views of the beach, sand dunes and breathtaking sunsets. It is the ideal couples retreat or big enough for a family sleeping six.
Three large bedrooms with built-in robes (2 on the ground floor and the master upstairs), vented windows for the sea breeze and central air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. All bedrooms each have a Smart TV and there are SmartTVs in both of the lounge rooms. Three toilets with two large bathrooms, laundry and a Caesarstone fully equipped kitchen. Once you have had a day at the beach there is an outdoor shower near the front entrance to wash off the sand.
Within 30 metres the family can experience a seasonally patrolled surf beach and an unbelievable 38 kilometres of continuous beach including the famous Stockton Sand Dunes. If you are looking for adventure there is guided camel rides, 4WD tours and quad biking or just take your body board and "surf" the Dunes. During the months of June to August you can sit on the balcony and watch the whales on their annual migration north.
Please note that there is street and off street parking at this property big enough for two cars. The garage is not available for guest use.

Stunning Location
Kerrie M - 10th February 2025We have had the pleasure of two trips to Anna Bay and staying at 49A Ocean Ave. The location is perfect. A short one minute stroll to the beach which is perfect for several dips in the ocean throughout the day and long walks. The home has everything you need and is spacious. The view from the main living area and balcony is amazing and it is something special to wake to the view of the beach every morning from the main bedroom.
