The design of this house will captivate you from the moment you pull into the driveway with its beautiful timber features and Norfolk Pines, you will already feel like you are on holiday. Walk to the back porch and you will fully appreciate the jaw dropping ocean frontage.
Downstairs enjoy a modern, well equipped kitchen with separate dining and lounge looking out to the rocks and rolling waves. Large screen - smart TV and Wifi make you feel at home and will keep the kids entertained.
There is also a large lounge area containing single bunks and a double bed for those extra guests. Laundry and bathroom also included for those who don't wish to travel upstairs.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (both with queen size beds), master with ensuite and ocean views, a separate bathroom and a parents retreat.
You can enjoy all that the village of Anna Bay has to offer or surf at Biribu Beach - if you can tear yourself away the spectacular ocean view and sea breeze.
NOTE: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.

If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.

92 year old with arthritis was even happy doing stairs for the view
Bronwyn O - 7th December 2021We had a staycation and my mum climbed the stairs every day to get to the master bedroom that had the best view of the ocean. She watched the ships pass by and we even had an off-coast yacht race sailing up the coast. Mum was amazed at how little breeze we got for the first few days and we ate breakfast and morning tea outside. Had a family get-together and the table was big enough for us all to gather around. Can't beat the location with the view. Mum already wants to stay again.

Julie - 13th December 2019The house has the wow factor, very nice house it had everything you could possibly want on holidays! The only comment I'd make is the kitchen needed a clean, while it didn't affect us as we ate out every night I noticed the cooktop, oven and BBQ were not clean. Also the cupboards could do with a wipe out.

House has everything that we needed , air con has kept us warm and the view is amazing from living room and both bed rooms upstairs !!! We even saw WHALES a few times ;-) Sharon from Bay realty was very helpful when we needed and offered us a late check out what was great to be able to enjoy last breakfast without the rush! We will definitely come back soon!
Fabulous location
KB - 30th January 2019We had an amazing long weekend with friends at Birubi Point. The location was terrific - a short walk to the beach, but away from the crowds. We’re looking forward to returning.

Heidi - 12th October 2018Location is great with easy access to the beach, camel rides and sand boarding. House suitable for large families or duel families with plenty of beds, large seating areas and plenty of bathrooms. It was great having access to wifi however an additional TV in one of the bedrooms or the bunk bed room would have been good for the kids. The alarm instructions with the buzzer was also very confusing. One big negative was the bbq didn’t work and we couldn’t use it for the entire stay. The upstairs main bedroom lights also didn’t work, however we had bedside lamps. The floors to the house weren’t very clean upon arrival. The negatives could have been avoided if they were reported by other guests or if an inspection was carried out before arrival.
Whale watching while alfresco dining
SusieQ - 6th October 2018This place is amazing. The boys had a ball exploring the rocks, cycling and walking to the beach and so quiet unlike Nelson Bay. 10 mins to all the spots we wanted to visit. The house was so well equipped and the WiFi and Netflix was a nice treat on the rainy inside day. Can't wait to return.
