Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, large swimming pool in the complex plus a games room that can be enjoyed only by guests and residents of the Breakwater apartments. Fabulous for an afternoon around the pool, then kick back in the games room complete with large flat screen TV, pool table & kitchen facilities. This apartment is within a security building and provides unlimited Wi-Fi.

This property comes complete with all beds made with linen, bath towels (and beach towels) and a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso Coffee Machine - BYO pods) and laundry. Simply arrive enjoy your holidays straight away.

NOTE: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.

The unit was positioned beautifully overlooking the waters of Shoal Bay and the joy of waking up to a fantastic view of boats and a pod of dolphins was excitement plus. The unit was extremely clean & well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry which I used every day. It was so lovely that we’re already talking about returning to the same location next year. . Each unit has a fully covered carport which is a bonus and bed linen & towels are also supplied. Can’t wait for our next holiday there

Relaxing & Comfortable stay with stunning bay Views!

Magnificent views, great location, short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Very well appointed with great amenities, luxurious linens and towels. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, updated and beautifully decorated. A generous balcony with plenty of sunshine all day. Owner provided 2 sets of keys inside the apartment & a spare stayed in the lockbox in case you forgot your set of keys. Security building is very well maintained. Convenient undercover parking.

A maxing apartment. Expansive and beautiful view from the balcony and every room. A modern beautifully furnished apartment, well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Large TV with Netflix. A minute walk to beautiful Shoal Bay beach or enjoy the pool. Loved our stay.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay at 403 Breakwater. The owners have done a terrific renovation the apartment is stunning as soon as you walk in the door with the decor and the beautiful outlook is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to 403 Breakwater Apartment, Shoal Bay
