Gen D - 6th February 2024Book it now! LOCATION, STUNNING OPEN PLAN, BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED, SPACIOUS, AIR CON, OPEN FIRE….Do yourself a favour by staying at this AMAZING holiday home. We were so blown away by gorgeous house from the street but walking inside, it just kept getting better. We loved the beautifully restored original features including polished original floorboards. This place is a well-kept secret as it is new to the holiday market, but we have already booked our next stay as it is an absolute stunner!

Huge kitchen with island everything you could possibly need (pots, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee machine..) Air conditioning in the living room Open plan living - lots of space Gorgeous Main Bathroom Main bed with Ensuite & large walk in wardrobe! Comfortable Beds Walking distance to the well known Country Club, local shops & restaurants, IGA, Bottle Shop Perfect base for us to stay and explore!

Regan P - 8th November 2023Thanks for your hospitality. It was lovely staying in a beautiful, clean and stocked house. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated having linen, towels and pillows on all the beds too. The place is beautifully presented with artwork spread throughout the house and we were delighted to learn that some of the paintings were able to be purchased after reading the property guide. The board games were a nice touch and a favourite among the other guests. The location was perfect.

Everything you Need for a Perfect Holiday

The location is a short drive to both Fingal Bay and Shoal Bay beaches, and there’s a little park a minute walk away. The house itself was beautiful and well equipped full of everything you could need, the deck is a great area to sit have a bbq and watch the children play in the garden/ cubby house. Would definitely stay again!
Wonderful, spacious, meticulously clean, family sized house with beautiful characteristics. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday....large bedrooms, kitchen, family/lounge area, updated spacious bathrooms, laundry inside, complimented by a large back deck which is great for outdoor entertainment, while a porch across the front of the house allows you to sit peacefully and do nothing but relax. Area outside is well maintained with plenty of room to play. Great location with close proximity to picturesque beaches, walking paths, and shopping strip. Everything you want for your holiday can be found here. We will definitely come back.

Ruth - 7th January 2023Our family had a wonderful stay at ‘Floreat Pica’. The house was spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully styled (especially the artwork hung throughout), very comfortable and had everything we needed to fully relax. The secure yard and cubby house out the back were especially enjoyed by our toddler. Great location, with beautiful beaches, parks, boutique shops and restaurants a short walk, or even quicker car trip, away. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely stay here again.
