Footprints on Foreshore is a beautifully renovated, 5 bedroom waterfront property in Salamander Bay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the main holiday areas but still close to shops, restaurants and everything you need to make your holiday truly magical. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms (plus an extra shower in the garage area), full kitchen, two living areas and directly out to the grassed area and beachfront for swimming and water sports (beach towels provided).
There is a BBQ, deck and sun lounges for those perfect Port Stephens days or multiple TV's, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning and large garage area for indoor fun if the weather is dreary. * Please note this property is not suitable to children under the age of 5 due to internal open staircase. Only a 1 minute drive or 8 minute walk to coffee shop, grocery store, bottle shop, butcher and restaurants at Old Salamander Shops or a 6 minute drive to Salamander Bay Square Shopping Centre. Perhaps enjoy the 4 minute drive to Bannisters or Soldiers Point Bowling Club for dinner. There is plenty to do or this amazing location is perfect for doing absolutely nothing at all.

Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings of any kind and is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The Holiday Rental Code of Conduct must be adhered to at all times.

Our family stayed here over the January holidays and had such an amazing time. It is a beautifully renovated property, spacious with 2 living areas and large bedrooms. This location was great for getting away from the crowds as well. Our kids kayaked out front and played on the sandy beach for hours. We hope to come again, thanks!
