A large open plan living and dining area with flat screen Smart TV, a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop and a rear landscaped entertaining area with a gas BBQ and magnificent gardens. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with King Size beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans, a study, a main bathroom with shower and freestanding tub, ensuite and a separate powder room, plus an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Beach towels provided for guest convenience.
Downstairs there is a large rumpus room/second living area with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, two single beds and one queen bed. Property also has a high chair for guest use.
Note: Driveway / off street parking only - no access to garages.
This home provides a private Oasis right in the middle of everything that Nelson Bay has to offer.

Location Location Location, we could walk everywhere from dining out of a night to a quick shopping trip. Nelsons Bay has it all. We loved this home so much we will be back again. Jin Q - 15th April 2023It was a great stay! Location is 10 out of 10. Only 2 mins walk from Marina Bay and restaurants. The house is lovely with lots trees around. Kitchen is big enough and bathrooms are clean. The beds are super comfy! We will definitely stay here again on our next holidays here!"

Gemma I - 14th October 2022Beautifully presented home, which was great for a family holiday. It felt more like a hotel than a house, and it was amazing that such a lovely place was also pet friendly. Although the road outside is a little busy, the house and garden were quiet and peaceful. It was an easy walk to the harbour, as well as shops and restaurants in town. I would love to stay here again.
